THE 50 is an interactive entertainment platform that allows users to modify protocol rules that govern an AI system. Users can purchase the ability to edit, lock, or override protocol rules through our payment system.

All content on this platform is user-generated and intended for entertainment purposes only. The AI responses are generated based on the active protocol rules at the time of interaction.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a one-time service to modify protocol rules. Once a protocol rule is modified, the change is permanent and cannot be reversed except through additional paid services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through our platform. You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains malicious code or attempts to compromise system security

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our content moderation policies.

All user-submitted content is subject to automated moderation checks. Content that fails moderation will be rejected, and payments will not be processed. We use industry-standard moderation tools to ensure platform safety.

THE 50 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
