2. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card information.

We only receive transaction metadata necessary to process your request, including:

  • Transaction amount and currency
  • Product type (Rewrite, Lock, Skeleton Key, or Total Recall)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Supabase

Database and real-time infrastructure. Supabase stores protocol rules and handles real-time updates. Data is stored in accordance with Supabase's privacy policy.

Stripe

Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment transactions and card data. We do not have access to your payment information.

Anthropic

AI chat functionality. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Messages are processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy.

OpenAI

Content moderation. User-submitted protocol content is checked using OpenAI's moderation API to ensure platform safety. Content is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
